Being involved with The Cousins has been a highlight of my career as a creator this industry often feels isolating and overwhelmingly white, this community has been a genuine lifeline. It's so easy to feel like you're invisible and small, especially with the pay and opportunity gaps creators from ethnic minorities face. What's even tougher is that this lack of opportunities makes it feel like we're all against each other, fighting to be the one who checks a brand's diversity box making it feel all the more lonely. But the cousins eliminates that feeling of ompetition and scarcity. It feels more like we are headed somewhere together and supporting each other.

I first heard about Cajovi's page on the 6th of August, 2024, and joining the cousins community has truly been one of the best decisions I've made as a creator. I was already creating content, but I had no idea where to find genuine opportunities, especially in the UK. Then I discovered Cajovi, offering not just opportunities, but high-quality, paid and PR brand deals, FOR FREE. Through this community, I landed one of my dream high-end PR packages with Hugo Boss, and even a paid collaboration. But beyond the deals, what makes this space stand out is the heart behind it. I've been part of the Cousins community for almost a year now, and when I first joined, I had little understanding of the industry. At the time, I was barely landing deals or bookings. This space means a lot to me personally because after coming out of prison and trying to find my feet in the content world, Cajovi supported and guided me, and she hasn't stopped since. The community she's built shows that as a team, more can be achieved. Everything she does is led by God's guidance, and while religion doesn't matter here, for those who share the same faith she also creates space for meaningful conversations that help us grow and push each other forward. Spaces like this are needed because it's more than just content - it's support, guidance, and real opportunities. From when it started until today, Cajovi has consistently blessed so many creators and continues to open doors for people who genuinely need them. I'm grateful to be part of a community that actually cares and helps creators move in the right direction.
