Cajovi's career in creator representation began at Onyx Agency PR, one of the UK's leading talent management agencies for Black creators. Starting as a Talent Manager, she quickly proved herself, rising to Chief Operating Officer and co-owing the agency in less than 18 months. This trajectory reflected not just ambition, but a deep understanding of how to build creator careers and deliver results for both talent and brands.
From the COO seat, Cajovi had a front-row view of the UK creator economy. She saw what worked: premium representation, strategic brand partnerships, professional management. But she also saw what was missing.

Even at one of the UK's top agencies for diverse talent, there were gaps. Hundreds of talented Black and multicultural creators were being overlooked; not because they lacked potential, but because they lacked access to industry education, fair negotiation support, and the community infrastructure needed to build sustainable careers. The traditional agency model could only serve a select few, leaving the majority to navigate the industry alone.

Cajovi knew there had to be a better way.

In 2021, she founded W/Cajovi with a mission to combine the premium representation she'd mastered with something the industry desperately needed: education-first creator development. W/Cajovi wasn't just another talent agency; it was and is built on the belief that creators deserve to understand the business side of their craft, not just execute it. As W/Cajovi grew, so did the vision. Exclusive management could serve a handful of established creators, but what about the hundreds of emerging voices who needed guidance, community and pathways to success? That's when W/TheCousins was born: a community-driven model providing 6,000+ diverse creators with industry knowledge, mentorship, networking and brand opportunities at scale.

Today, W/Cajovi and W/TheCousins work hand-in-hand: one providing premium exclusive management for established talent, the other building a movement of empowered, educated creators transforming the UK creator economy.
